It is the rediscovery of Minutolo, an aromatic grape variety with ancient origins, now the protagonist of a new elegance.

Albiòre was created as a tribute to the tradition of the great white wines of the area, inspired by the sweetness of the native grape varieties grown between Gioia del Colle, Acquaviva delle Fonti, and Sammichele di Bari.
